Hasan Bin Ali Abu Al-Issam
Managing Partner
Hassan is the managing partner of ALCO. His background and experience includes many corporate transactions and dispute resolution matters.
During his career, Hasan served as a legal advisor and litigator for several international entities, handled huge M&A and settlement disputes he is the leading partner in corporate matters.
In addition, Hassan has been appointed as a Board of director for several companies and also Board Secretary and has more than 20 years of experience as an in-house counsel heading the corporate affairs departments and handling corporate and commercial matters in KADDB and KIG and its affiliates back then.
He represented individuals and businesses in the areas of corporate, investments.
Hassan is also an arbitrator in the areas of commercial, civil, and criminal disputes.
Hassan graduated from Amman Private University with a B.A. in Law. He is licensed to practice law in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Raed Issamt Al-Omari
Partner – Litigation
Raed Joined ALCO in 2016. He is experienced in litigation and has thorough knowledge of different court procedures. Furthermore he has extensive experience in commercial transactions, corporate, and all kinds of litigation for more than 10 years. He is an expert in commercial contracts.
He graduated from Jordan University with a B.A. in Law. He is licensed to practice law in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
